At The Fresh Cleaning Co. we like to keep things simple – and that includes how you pay. Paying by bank transfer is simple, easy, safe and secure. You’ll be sent an invoice for your domestic clean which you pay with a few clicks on your PC. If you prefer, you can also pay by cash. We can arrange this when you book your cleaning team.

We know that our regular domestic cleaning customers like to see the same cleaner which is why we do our best to keep the same cleaners and clients together. As you can imagine, this isn’t always possible. What we do is to create a hub of cleaners around regular domestic cleaning clients, so that you will become familiar with your cleaning team.

There are several ways in which we make sure that you get the right cleaning service:

When you book with us – our admin team will ask what you need your domestic cleaner to do. Depending on what you want and need, you will be advised as to how often they need to clean your home or property, as well as how many hours to hire them for. We pass on the specific cleaning information to the cleaner before they arrive.

The cleaner checklist – we have a cleaner checklist which you can download and print, leaving this for your cleaner. They will complete the form as to what they were able to clean in the available time. This is great for when you are not home.

Leave a note –  you can also leave a note for your cleaner, asking them to focus on specific areas of your home too.

No, you don’t have to schedule your weekly, fortnightly or monthly clean at the same time and day each time.  Most of our customers prefer the regularity of their cleaner attending at the same time on the same day but we are flexible. Wherever possible, we will accommodate any changes in dates and times.

Yes, we can! Our professional cleaning team are on hand to clean party venues, including your home, before and after a party – or you can opt for an after-party clean only.
